The best moment of this year has been my people who turned my confidence and love into an award .I couldn’t be more than humble to receive the award of Fitness Model Of the Year (PIFWA).

2017 has been a rollercoaster full of laughter, joy, tears, low dark moments and climax of disappointments. I have had so many shares of different experience which has been an eye opener and has made me grow immensely.

When the year started I knew deep down the storms ahead will be a lot to face most especially when my first work contract ended abruptly . When a new opportunity presented itself I was super scared and not willing to take it since swimming was mandatory . I had to learn how to swim within a window period of two weeks, water phobia is real.

Being vulnerable and uncomfortable forced me to grow by leaps and bounds even when I didn’t feel like it. I have had so many questions answered thanks to allowing myself to be uncomfortable and vulnerable. I have learnt to take myself just the way I am and be willing to work on myself even more as I progress with my dreams.

One can be confident but still facing there demons, for one thing I am grateful is learning to face guilt and regrets with a smile and take up the responsibility of my choice. Having done that life became lighter to live and breath. The biggest milestone was allowing myself to go out on my own as a freelance Personal Trainer and African dance instructor see you in 2018 as you do your early bookings.

As I bid 2017 farewell I am thankful for every single day I have lived through it, all the good, bad and ugly has made it all who I am, every experience that makes life worth living another day. 2018 I choose to Live Life Loud with fierceness ,to love and be wholesome taking every opportunity with open arms.
