Sadness, that simple emotion yet big enough to break you or make you . That feeling you can’t really explain or place it. When your emotions are just everywhere and nowhere at the same time. That is the feeling now I just can’t help it. :(:(:(.
When it starts , it rarely gives a sign, at one moment you are full of energy and you want to do something great and the next minute you just lose all the syk.
How best can you place it , when you can’t even touch it.
Don’t get me wrong it’s not depression neither is it loneliness its simply sadness.
You can’t also say at this juncture , as a lack of confidence , in fact it takes alot of confidence to face it. Its simply sadness, and anger can’t fix it, neither can disgust nor fear .
That sadness that makes you to re- look, refocus and recheck everything around you and within you.
Being sad is human.
By rechecking and rethinking, sad moments while trying to get the greatest moments in that particular emotions.
The joy of sadness remind you how you conquered when you were down. It is a functional value, makes you to pay attention inward, an important space to reflect.

Never be afraid to be sad, just don’t remain sad , face it head on and bring out the greatest version of yourself.
I have seen sadness bring me out of my worst , worst moments. Face and rise above it.
Sometimes it takes sadness to know true happiness, noise to appreciate silence and abscence to value presence.
